The President of Delta Recovery Systems David Ward, serves as the President of the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) overseeing more than 225 collection specialists, 150 commercial attorneys and members in 38 countries.  IACC is the largest organization of commercial collection specialists in the world.  David is also: 

  • President of the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC).

  • a member of the Board of Directors for the IACC.

  • Chairman of the subcommittee overseeing (IACC) membership.

  • a member in good standing in the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA) for over 20 years.

  • a member of the Leadership Committee of the CLLA’s exclusive Commercial Collection Agency Association.  

  • a member of the Committee overseeing Membership in the exclusive Commercial Collection Agency Association.  

  • Regional Manager - North America for Global Credit Solutions.

David was born and raised in Hoboken, NJ.  He graduated from Hoboken High School in 1968 and continued his education at  St. Peters College in Jersey City, NJ. David went on to serve his country in the United States Armed Forces in Viet Nam from 1971 through 1973. Upon his return to the private sector David was employed by the United Jersey Bank's corporate office in Jersey City overseeing the Data Processing Department. David was offered a position at Spring Brothers International as Assistant Vice President in 1975. David's responsibilities were various and included the credit department's management of accounts receivables. Spring Brothers discontinued their United States operations in the fall of 1980, finding it more prudent to service the U.S. from Switzerland.  

David's career in debt collections began in 1981 when a major nationwide credit and collection agency offered him a position as a manager. In 1983 David left to form his own partnership in the collection industry, a company which still operates successfully to date.  Recognizing the need to polish the image of this very necessary industry, David formed Delta Recovery Systems in 1993. Under David's knowledgeable guidance Delta continues to grow successfully, serving clients as close as next door and  as far away as Czechoslovakia and Kuwait.  David is active in local politics and various business clubs.  In his spare time David is a Rescue (SCUBA) Diver and EMT with the Dive Rescue team of his local Fire Department. He is also an  avid golfer.  He participated with his son in the Boy Scouts of America as Troop Committee Chairman and Assistant Scout Master. His son attained the rank of Eagle Scout and now attends college. Both David and his son have continued their involvement with BSA. In addition David has coached football, baseball and soccer in town since 1989.  David currently serves as the President of his local Rotary.
